Sabbath Service with Eric Logan

We do a lot of news posting in Lord RayEl’s congregation. Gotta show the signs of the season, after all. Think back a bit. What’s the most astounding event you’ve learned about recently? Is there something that sticks out to you personally which just screams to your heart that we’re seeing the end of an age, or the beginning of another? A red-horned Pentecost eclipse? Government disclosure about UFOs? Another freak disaster?

For some, nothing comes to mind. Maybe you don’t worry about anything outside your tiny bubble. Maybe you were alert, but the sheer volume of turbulent moments has made you numb. You’ve seen or acknowledged amazing signs, but life goes on and Christ still isn’t on the throne. Cruelty still isn’t ended. War and rumors of it still burns around the world. Israel still battles itself and outside threats. Perfection still evades us.

Christ spent so much effort talking to his apostles about what this time was going to look like. He didn’t want people to get the wrong idea, expecting instant gratification in the apocalypse, but he wanted people to live with a sense of urgency, and he wanted us to share our hope. That’s what this is all about.

Hope changes you. It can be a horrible thing, so people sometimes learn to fear it, avoid it, after it’s been deferred. However, when hope is placed well, then it’s the extra fuel in the tank we need to continue our journey. It unlocks potential we otherwise lack because no matter how logical we mature to be, we are still emotional beings as well, and hope lets you feel you can go a bit harder when many others have quit.

So where is your hope? You’ve seen the signs. Are you not a servant of the Almighty God of Heaven? Are you of the opinion that our Father would forget those who remember Him? Did Christ RayEl not return to bring the Kingdom and fulfill God’s will on Earth? Unless I missed something, we have THE greatest hope in this universe if we only choose to live by it.
So live by your hope in the Kingdom to come. Live by your hope in Lord RayEl. Live by your hope in the Word of God.

May our Heavenly Father bless and protect you.

May He face you and shed His light and grace upon you.

May He grant you peace, joy, and everlasting love.

Go now, you are sent forth to share the Good News, to Love God, and to Love Each Other.

Amen.
